Box truck pay, carriers, and contracts — explained straight.
Built by a dispatcher and a recruiter who got tired of watching drivers get burned by the stuff nobody explains up front. Start with the calculator. Read the guides. Sign nothing until you've seen what actually matters.
Percentage or CPM — which actually pays you more?
Plug in your miles, your rate, and your lanes. See which pay structure puts more in your pocket on the runs you actually run.

All-in per mile

It's a wash — both structures pay about the same on these numbers.
Where it flips: percentage beats $2.10/mi once the load pays the carrier more than $3.00 per loaded mile ($6,000 on a 2,000-mile run). Below that, CPM wins.
You're driving 200unpaid miles a week. That's already priced into the all-in rate above — it's the number carriers leave out.

Why this site exists
Between the two of us, we've placed more than 50 box truck drivers and run dispatch on nothing but box trucks.
We've been on both ends of the same phone call a thousand times — a driver and a carrier burning 40 minutes only to find out the pay split, the dispatch model, or the equipment was never going to work.
The information that ends that call in 30 seconds is out there. Nobody puts it where a driver can actually see it. So we did — everything we know, written down, and the tools we wish drivers had, built and free.
And we're building something bigger from the same idea. More on that below.
The guides
What we end up explaining to every driver, written down once. Read it before you sign anything.
Get in early
We're building something that goes further than a calculator and a stack of guides — same idea, a lot bigger.
Drop your email and you'll get new guides and tools the moment they land, plus a heads-up the day carriers in your area start hiring.
Get on the list now and you're a founding member: you see it first, and the drivers who were here early get treated like it when it goes live.
