Who's behind this
A recruiter and a dispatcher who spent years watching the same avoidable thing happen to box truck drivers, and got tired enough to do something about it.
Between the two of us, we've placed more than 50 box truck drivers and run dispatch on nothing but box trucks. One of us has spent years on the recruiting side, working the phones for carriers. The other has run the loads.
Which means we've been on both ends of the same phone call a thousand times. A driver and a carrier burn 40 minutes on a call only to find out that the pay split, the dispatch model, or the equipment was never going to work. Nobody's lying to anybody. The information that would have ended that call in 30 seconds just never gets said up front.
That information exists. It's in rate confirmations, in contracts people sign without reading, in the difference between what "box-truck-friendly" means on a job post and what it means in practice. Nobody puts it where a driver can actually see it before they've already committed.
So we did. Everything we know, written down. And the tools we wish drivers had — built, free, and not gated behind an email.
What you'll find here
Percentage or CPM — which actually pays you more on the runs you actually run. Free, no signup, and it accounts for the deadhead miles carriers leave out of the pitch.
What we end up explaining to every driver, written down once. Pay structures, spotting a chameleon carrier, escrow red flags, what you can run without a CDL, and the three questions to ask before you sign on anywhere.
And we're building something bigger from the same idea — same principle, a lot more of it. If you want to see it first, get on the list. The drivers who were here early get treated like it when it goes live.
