1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of TruckerFinders (the "Service"), operated by TruckerFinders. By using the Service — including the pay calculator, guides, and any account you create — you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What the Service Is

TruckerFinders provides free tools and information for box truck drivers, owner-operators, and the carriers who work with them — including the Box Truck Pay Calculator, written guides, and (where enabled) driver and company profiles and hiring alerts. Not every feature is live at all times; we may add, change, or remove parts of the Service as it develops.

3. Accounts

Some parts of the Service don't require an account at all — the calculator and guides are free and ungated. Where an account is required, you're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form, profile, or listing.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

5. Calculator & Content Disclaimer

The Box Truck Pay Calculator and any figures it produces are estimates only, generated from the numbers you enter. They are not financial, legal, or business advice, and no pay structure is presented as inherently better than another — your actual freight, lanes, and costs decide that. The same applies to guides and blog content: they reflect our own experience and research, not a guarantee of outcomes for your specific situation.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service's design, text, graphics, and underlying code are owned by TruckerFinders or its licensors, except for content you submit yourself. You may use the calculator and read our guides for your own personal or business purposes; you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service itself without our permission.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruckerFinders is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including business or employment decisions made using the calculator or any other tool on the site.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
